忠道的巴黎小站

由義大利礦泉水品牌San Pellegrino和Restaurant雜誌邀請806位廚師, 食評和餐飲專家選出的世界五十大餐廳名單前天公佈,
第一名再度被西班牙分子廚藝餐廳El Bulli 拿下,
第二也還是關門又重開的英國肥鴨餐廳Fat Duck.

最出人意外的是第三名給了丹麥哥本哈根的Noma餐廳,
過去向來拿第三的法國Pierre Gagnaire降到第九.
另外有個特別獎頒給入圍最多餐廳的Joel Robuchon.

不過我個人對這份名單不是很認同:
五十大裡面竟然只有一家在日本? (20 Les Creations de Narisawa)
而名聲不怎樣的日本餐廳Nabu竟也在上面.
法國眾多出色的餐廳裡, 毀譽參半的Le Chateaubriand也入榜,
實在有點莫名奇妙.

總之, 我的感覺是噱頭大於實質意義, 當八卦參考就成了.
