東京米其林2010發佈, 新的三星餐廳: Esaki, Sushi Saito, Yukimura. 東京現共11家三星, 巴黎首次被其他城市超越, 東京成為三星最多的城市. 42家兩星(9家新餐廳, 其中Seisoka空降成兩星), 144家一星(新增42家).


快報一則:
米其林繼去年11月發行紐約版指南後,
將在今年十月出版第一本美國舊金山西岸版
Guide Michelin San Francisco and The Bay Area.
範圍除了舊金山外, 包括Oakland, San Jose, Berkeley,
當然還有著名葡萄酒產區Napa和Sonoma.

大家可以開始猜誰是未來的三星了！
